Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is clearly stated on our website and in any service agreements. Payment terms are specified in individual engagement contracts. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables provided to clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details shared during our engagements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We provide strategic advice and recommendations but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
